Ingredients:
Green apple 1 per person
Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
Dried raisins 2 to 3 tablespoons
Brown sugar 2 to 3 tablespoons
Granola 3
to 4 tablespoons
Cinnamon A
pinch or two
To Prepare:
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.
Wash the apple and slice off the top of
the apple, creating a tiny hat. Next, carve out the middle portion and seeds,
essentially creating a tiny fruit bowl. Take the apple flesh you’ve carved out
and set aside but make sure to throw away the seeds and the core of the apple.
In a bowl, mix the dried raisins, brown
sugar, granola, cinnamon, and lemon juice together along with the extra apple
flesh you’ve set aside. Take the mixture and fill the hollowed out apples with
it. Place the small apple cap on top of the fruit and place on a baking pan.
Bake the apple on the lower rack for 30
to 45 minutes. Serve the apples warm.
