Berry and Pineapple Yogurt
Smoothie
Ingredients:
To prepare:
Wash, peel, and slice the pineapple into
bite-sized pieces, enough for one cup. Be sure not to use the tough, chewy
core.
Place all of the ingredients in the
blender and puree until smooth. Serve in a glass.
Mango Tofu Smoothie
with Cinnamon
Ingredients:
To prepare:
Wash the mangoes, peel, and separate the
flesh from the stone.
Place all of the ingredients in a
blender and pulse until the ingredients are pureed but aren’t too smooth. Serve
in a glass.
