Whether it’s white sugar, brown sugar,
honey, or corn syrup, you have to go without it for seven days. These simple
sugars are bad for you and can wreak havoc on your insulin levels and blood
sugar. What you’ll be getting instead during the detox program are healthy,
complex sugars that come in the form of fresh fruits or vegetable juices.
