Ingredients:
1 cup of pineapple
1 cup of papaya
1 cup of kale
1 cup of crushed ice
Preparation:
1.
Wash
all of the ingredients thoroughly.
2.
Peel
the pineapple with a kitchen knife, making sure to cut the ‘eyes’ or spots out.
3.
Cut
the pineapple into chunks, setting aside one cup. Wrap the rest of the
pineapple in Saran wrap, label with time and date, then place in the chiller or
freezer.
4.
Peel
the papaya with a vegetable peeler and cut it in half. Remove the seeds with a
spoon.
5.
Cut
one cup’s worth papaya into chunks. Wrap the rest of papaya in Saran wrap,
label with the time and date, then place inside the freezer or chiller.
6.
Place
all of the ingredients in the blender and blend.
