Watermelon and Orange
Smoothie with Yogurt
Ingredients:
To prepare:
Wash and carefully slice the watermelon
open. Slice and cut enough to fill two cups. Remove the seeds from the
watermelon meant for the smoothie. Wrap the rest in Saran wrap, label, and
chill.
Place all of the ingredients in a
blender and puree. Serve in a glass.
Lunch Recipes
Lunch will be made up of simple but solid
food for days two to four, mostly made up of vegetables and fruits with a few
sauces to spice things up. There won’t be any protein from white meat, even
fish fillets or chicken breast, but you will still get your daily dose of
protein from nuts and tofu.
The following recipes are simple but
delicious and can even be used as side dishes or vegetables in for your regular
meals or at dinner parties.
