Ingredients:
2 large carrots
2 stems of celery
1 lemon or calamansi
Preparation:
1.
Wash
the carrots thoroughly then peel, cutting off both the tip and stem end.
2.
Cut
the carrots into chunks that fit into the juicer.
3.
Wash
the celery thoroughly then cut off the leaves and the roots.
4.
Cut
the celery into chunks.
5.
Juice
the carrots.
6.
Juice
the celery.
7.
Squeeze
half a lemon or a calamansi into the juice for a little zesty flavor.
