33 Juicing Recipes for Weight Loss - Carrots, Kale, and Spinach Juice



Ingredients:
2 large carrots
1 cup kale
1 cup spinach

Preparation:
1.      Wash all of the ingredients thoroughly.
2.      Cut off both ends of the carrots and peel then cut into chunks.
3.      Juice the carrots.
4.      Juice the kale.
5.      Juice the spinach.
