Ingredients:
Ripe papaya
Water or
apple juice
Preparation:
Is your
family having some delicious slices of ripe papaya for a snack or for dessert?
You can take a little bit for your baby too. Just take some of the papaya,
making sure that there are no seeds hidden in there, and mash it up until it is
very soft.
To get that soupy consistency that is ideal for four to six month
old babies, you can add a little water or fresh apple juice while mashing.
