33 Juicing Recipes for Weight Loss - Citrus Banana and Dandelion Greens



Ingredients:
1 large banana
1 large orange or lemon or other citrus fruit as you prefer
1 cup dandelion greens
1 sprig of parsley
1 cup of crushed ice

Preparation:

1.      Wash all of the ingredients thoroughly, except for the banana.
2.      Juice the orange using a citrus squeezer and pour the juice into the blender.
3.      Toss the banana, the dandelion greens, the parsley, and the crushed ice into the blender.
4.      Blend and enjoy your smoothies!
