33 Juicing Recipes for Weight Loss - Lychee, Orange, Carrot, and Asparagus Juice



Ingredients:
1 cup of lychee
2 medium-sized oranges
1 large carrot
1 cup of asparagus

Preparation:
1.      Wash all of the ingredients thoroughly.
2.      Peel the lychee and pit them then rinse them in cold water.
3.      Cut the asparagus into chunks, enough to fill one cup.
4.      Cut off both ends of the carrot and cut into chunks.
5.      Juice the orange using a citrus squeezer.
6.      Juice the lychee.
7.      Juice the asparagus.
8.      Juice the carrot.
