33 Juicing Recipes for Weight Loss - Avocado, Orange, and Raspberry Smoothie



Ingredients:
1 large avocado
1 large orange
1 cup of raspberries
1 sprig of mint
¼ cup of milk
1 cup of crushed ice

Preparation:

1.      Wash all of the ingredients thoroughly.
2.      Using a kitchen knife, gently cut the avocado right down the middle until you hit the hard seed. Carefully run the knife around the fruit until you have essentially cut it in half except for the seed. Pull the two parts of the avocado apart then remove the seed.
3.      Using a spoon, remove the flesh of the avocado from the peel and place into the blender.
4.      Squeeze the juice of the orange using a citrus squeezer and pour into the blender.
5.      Add the rest of the ingredients and blend.
