33 Juicing Recipes for Weight Loss - The Go Green Smoothie – Avocado, Pistachio, and Celery



Ingredients:
1 large avocado
½ cup of pistachios
1 cup of celery

Preparation:
1.      Wash all of the ingredients thoroughly.
2.      Using a kitchen knife, gently cut the avocado right down the middle until you hit the hard seed. Carefully run the knife around the fruit until you have essentially cut it in half except for the seed. Pull the two parts of the avocado apart then remove the seed.
3.      Using a spoon, remove the flesh of the avocado from the peel and place into the blender.
4.      Remove the leaves from the celery.
5.      Cut the stem into chunks, enough to fill one cup.
6.      Blend all of the ingredients in the blender.
