Almond and Fruit Yogurt Cup


Ingredients:

Almonds, whole or sliced
Yogurt, low fat
Seasonal fruit like mangoes, bananas, strawberries, or blueberries     

Preparation:

This is a great breakfast for people who are on the go and don’t have time to do much cooking. It’s fast, it’s easy, and it’s delicious. Just measure out the ingredients and mix together. To make it a little fancy, you can layer the ingredients in a goblet, starting with the almonds, then the yogurt, and top with sliced fruit.

To make your yogurt cup a bit more interesting, add a touch of cinnamon or some chopped mint.
