33 Juicing Recipes for Weight Loss - Watermelon, Tomato, and Watercress Juice

Ingredients:
2 cups of watermelon
2 cups of tomatoes
1 cup of watercress
1 sprig of basil

Preparation:
1.      Wash all of the ingredients thoroughly.
2.      Dry the watermelon (cutting a wet watermelon can be dangerous). Cut the watermelon into quarters.
3.      Remove the flesh of the watermelon from the rind and cut into chunks, enough for two cups. Wrap the rest of the watermelon in Saran wrap including the rind, label, and place in the freezer or chiller.
4.      Juice the watermelon.
5.      Juice the tomatoes.
6.      Toss the basil in with the watercress and juice.
