Ingredients:
1 large beetroot
1 cup of broccoli
1 cup of asparagus
1 sprig of parsley
Preparation:
1.
Wash
all ingredients thoroughly.
2.
Cut
off both ends of the beet, peel, then chop into chunks.
3.
Chop
the broccoli into chunks.
4.
Cut
the asparagus into small pieces.
5.
Juice
the broccoli.
6.
Juice
the asparagus.
7.
Toss
the parsley in with the beets and juice.
