Ingredients:
Half a head of cabbage
1 large beet
¼ cup ginger
Preparation:
1.
Wash
all of the ingredients thoroughly.
2.
Cut
the cabbage into smaller chunks.
3.
Peel
the large beet and cut into chunks.
4.
Peel
the ginger (it’s easier with a spoon) and cut into small chunks.
5.
Juice
the cabbage.
6.
Juice
the beets.
7.
Juice
the ginger.
