Ingredients:
1 large guava, ripe
2 cups of pear
1 large pomegranate
Preparation:
1.
Wash
the guava and cut into chunks.
2.
Wash
the pear, core, and cut into chunks until two cups are filled. Wrap the rest
with Saran wrap, label, then set aside in the chiller or freezer.
3.
Wash
the pomegranate then cut it open to remove the seeds and set them aside in a
glass. The best way to extract the seeds is to cut around the flower end and
remove it then cut straight through the flat end. With a paring knife, lightly
score the fruit along the ridges and gently pull it apart.
4.
Juice
the pomegranate seeds.
5.
Juice
the pears.
6.
Juice
the guavas and place in a glass along with the pomegranate juice and pear
juice.
