Ingredients:
2 small cucumbers
1 cup dandelion greens
1 sprig of mint
Preparation:
1.
Wash
all of the ingredients thoroughly.
2.
Cut
off both ends of the cucumber then chop into chunks.
3.
Juice
the cucumbers.
4.
Toss
the mint in with the dandelion greens and juice.
