Ingredients:
2 large bell peppers
1 cup of lychee
1 cup of spinach
1 sprig of parsley
Preparation:
1.
Wash
all of the ingredients thoroughly.
2.
Peel
the lychee and pit them then rinse them in cold water.
3.
Remove
the seeds and the stem of the bell peppers then cut the bell peppers into
chunks.
4.
Toss
the parsley in with the lychee and juice them together.
5.
Juice
the bell peppers.
6.
Juice
the spinach.
