Ingredients:
2 cups of cantaloupe
1 lemon
1 cup of endives
Preparation:
1.
Wash
the cantaloupe.
2.
Cut
off both its ends so that it stands on a cutting board. With a sharp knife,
peel the cantaloupe, going from top to bottom.
3.
Cut
the cantaloupe in half. With a ladle or large spoon, remove the seeds from the
cantaloupe.
4.
Cut
the cantaloupe into chunks, enough for two cups. Wrap the rest in Saran wrap,
label, then place in the chiller or freezer.
5.
Wash
the lemon and endives.
6.
Juice
the lemon using a citrus squeezer.
7.
Juice
the endives.
