Homemade Healthy Baby Food Recipes and Cookbook - Ripe Banana Puree

Ripe Banana Puree

Ingredients:

Ripe banana

Water or fresh apple juice (or another fresh fruit juice)

Preparation:
Peel the banana and measure out enough for a teaspoon. Mash the banana until it is mushy and soft. You can add water or apple juice to make it even softer and easier for your baby to taste or swallow.

Ripe banana puree is one of the easiest baby food to prepare that’s also delicious and very nutritious. Your baby needs potassium too and banana offers exactly that. But don’t forget that bananas don’t keep well once they’re peeled. Always prepare your ripe banana puree right before feeding. In the future, when you are feeding your baby more of ripe bananas, don’t try to keep the leftovers in the fridge for later feedings. Just mash a new banana when you want to feed your baby more.
