33 Juicing Recipes for Weight Loss - The Virgin Bloody Mary



Ingredients:
5 large tomatoes
3 stems of celery
1 sprig of parsley
1 sprig of basil

Preparation:
1.      Wash all of the tomatoes and core them.
2.      Cut them into chunks.
3.      Wash the celery thoroughly then cut off the leaves and the roots.
4.      Cut the celery into chunks. Set aside one stem that’s slightly taller than your glass to use as a stirrer.
5.      Wash the parsley.
6.      Toss the parsley and basil with the tomatoes and juice.
7.      Juice the celery.
8.      Pour into a glass with the celery stirrer.
