33 Juicing Recipes for Weight Loss - Ginger and Cucumber Juice



Ingredients:
2 small cucumbers
¼ cup ginger

Preparation:
1.      Wash both ingredients thoroughly.
2.      Cut off both ends of the cucumber then cut into chunks.
3.      Peel the ginger (it’s easier with a spoon) and cut into chunks.
4.      Juice the cucumber.
5.      Juice the ginger.
