33 Juicing Recipes for Weight Loss - Orange, Cucumber, and Kale Juice



Ingredients:
2 large oranges
2 small cucumbers
1 cup of kale
1 sprig of mint

Preparation:
1.      Wash all of the ingredients thoroughly.
2.      Juice the oranges using a citrus squeezer.
3.      Toss the mint in with the cucumbers and juice.
4.      Juice the kale.
