33 Juicing Recipes for Weight Loss - Mango, Banana, and Spinach Smoothie



Ingredients:
1 large mango, ripe
1 large banana, ripe
½ cup of spinach
1 calamansi or lemon
1 sprig of mint

Preparation:

1.      Wash all of the ingredients thoroughly.
2.      You can peel the mangoes whole or you can cut the mango into three parts – two fleshy parts and one seed. Remove the flesh from the fleshy halves of the mangoes using a glass or a ladle and cut the extra flesh from the seed.
3.      Peel the banana and place inside the blender.
4.      Add the mango and the spinach in the blender.
5.      Squeeze one calamansi for juice or squeeze a bit of half a lemon for a spoonful of lemon juice.
6.      Remove the mint leaves from the stem. Only use the leaves when making smoothies.
7.      Add the rest of the ingredients in the blender and blend.
