33 Juicing Recipes for Weight Loss - Pineapple, Pear, and Parsley Smoothie



Ingredients:
1 cup of pineapple
1 cup of pears
½ cup parsley
1 cup of crushed ice

Preparation:
1.      Wash all of the ingredients thoroughly.
2.      Peel the pineapple with a kitchen knife, making sure to cut the ‘eyes’ or spots out.
3.      Cut the pineapple into chunks, setting aside one cup. Wrap the rest of the pineapple in Saran wrap, label with time and date, then place in the chiller or freezer.
4.      Peel the pear and cut into small chunks.
5.      When preparing smoothies, only use the leaves of the parsley. Remove the leaves from the stem by hand.
6.      Place all of the ingredients in the blender and blend.
